or items paid by credit card or check, we do not cash either until we are ready to ship your order. In the case of partial shipments, we will charge your credit card for only that portion of the order shipped (shipping apportioned) with the remainder charged as the order is completed. In no event, will shipping charges be greater than originally quoted.
For partial shipments of orders paid by check, we will give you the option of waiting for your order to ship complete or you may request a partial shipment. You may allow us to maintain a backorder status for those items not shipped or you may cancel those items backordered. If you cancel, we will promptly refund the cost of the unshipped items and apportioned shipping charges.
We subscribe to TeleCheck and validate all of our check transactions through them. Please supply your phone number even when paying by check because TeleCheck requires that it be recorded on your check. However, because the trolls down at the bank hit us with a service charge when we do deposit a check that bounces, we must pass that cost onto you when applicable. So any check that is sent to us and bounces will incur a $25.00 surcharge.
We reserve the right to refuse sale.
ales tax of 6.5% must be collected on all merchandise delivered within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts unless that merchandise is specifically excepted. Of the items that we sell, only clothing having a unit cost of $175 or less is not subject to Massachusetts Sales Tax.
Since our shopping cart does not automatically add the sales tax to your purchase, we will manually add that tax to all credit card sales for those items which are taxable. For PAYPAL and check payments, we request that you add the sales tax to your total paid amount.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer when shipping to Canada and of the recipient when shipping to other countries.
Products Damaged in Shipping
ll products are shipped fully insured. If an item arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please retain all packaging as the carrier has the right to inspect the shipment.
f, after receiving your order, you decide that you do no like any item(s), you may return them to us for exchange, credit, or refund (shipping not included). Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or fax us at (978) 687-4143 or mail the return request form that is included with your order and request a return authorization number. Be sure to include your order number on your request. Returns made without a return authorization number will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All return requests and returns must be made within 30 days of the product receipt and all items must be returned in new, salable condition and, where applicable, in their original product packaging (the packaging on some items are actually considered to be part of the collectable value, or the packaging may be specifically protective in nature).
Products may be returned for any reason. However, please let us know what your reason is.

e normally ship via UPS or USPS at our discretion. Items sent to P.O. Boxes must be shipped by USPS. All shipments are sent fully insured and will have a tracking number. We will e-mail you the tracking number.
Free Shipping on all orders of $60 or greater (not including applicable sales taxes) shipped to one location. This offer applies only to regular ground shipping within the continental United States and to American Military Bases Worlwide.
Free Shipping will apply on all orders over $100 (not including applicable sales taxes) shipped to one location in either Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Shipments to Canada or Mexico, please add 25% to the computed shipping costs. Our shipping tables were for the continental United States.
For shipments outside of the United States, Canada, or Mexico, please contact us for shipping and duty costs.
Website Data Accuracy
ll product information furnished on our web pages are either furnished by the various manufacturers or importers or have been painstakingly obtained by our quality control trolls (we read the labels). While we try to be as accurate as is inhumanly possible, the manufacturers and importers from whom we buy occasionally make changes and don't always tell us. If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered (material, color, etc.) and you are not pleased with what you got, please return it to us for refund, exchange, or (if possible) replacement (we will try to find you the old model). Please get a return authorization from us (see our return policy).
And if you do like what you received, please let us know about the inaccuracy so that we can check with the manufacturer / importer to see if the change is a permanent one and update our data base.
